Devices can be sent to any SLTMOBITEL location on customer request (subject to availability).

6. Can a customer purchase the phone using his/her credit card?

Yes, it’s possible

Contact your respective bank for any call and convert offers if the bank has signed up (subject to bank chargers)

7. What are the Terms and Conditions of the offer?

Samsung authorized resellers will use their available channels for sales activities.
GB offer will be offered to customers by validation of available device IMEIs
The free Data bundle will be dispatched within 72 hours upon purchasing the device.
For new prepaid customers need to activate the sim by top-up initial recharge
Offer confirmation will send to the customer through SMSes
Prices are subject to change
Prices are subject to Government taxes and levies where applicable
To redeem the Samsung offer
- Customer has to use their credit/debit card details in order to enjoy the free trial period (includes OneDrive, Spotify Premium) for new users
- Customer can unsubscribe the service during the free trial period or if he/she wishes to continue he/she will be charged the normal monthly subscription
- Spotify Premium and OneDrive offers are only for new users (normal chargers will be applicable upon completion of the free trial period)

8. Is this offer valid for all Samsung Z Fold/Flip 4 devices in the market?
