  1. How can a customer be eligible to obtain the Online Payment promo bundle in this promotion?

Customers need to make payments accumulating to Rs.1,000/- (minimum) in a calendar month period via the above-mentioned online payment points.

 

  • Payments can be made through either one of the above mentioned points.

Eg;- Rs.1,000/- made through Selfcare app

 

OR

  • Payments can be made through using two of the above mentioned points

Eg:- Rs.200 via mobiltel.lk on 15th June & Rs.850 via mCash app on 19th June.

  1. When will the customers be able to enjoy the free Online Payment promo bundle?

5GB data bundle, 300 M2M Mins & 300 M2M will be made available for the customer right after the customer fulfils the conditions of the promo. Bundles will be available instantly when the conditions are met.

 

Eg:- for payments made on 20th June 2020, customer will be awarded with the Online Payment promo bundle in few mins after the conditions are met.

  1. What is the expiry date for the Online Payment promo bundle?

Bundles expiry is set for 30 days from the date of awarding the bundle.

Eg:- if the bundle was awarded on the 20th of June, bundle will be able for 30 days from 20th June.

 

  1. How many times can a customer be eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle?

Within a calendar month customer can be eligible for this bundle only one time.

 

  1. If customer has multiple mobile numbers under the account payment made, does he/she receive Online Payment promo bundle for all numbers?

No, Online Payment promo bundle will be enabled only for the eligible number used to make the online payment.

 

  1. How will the eligible customer be notified on the Online Payment promo bundle?

Eligible customer will be notified thru a SMS on the below mentioned occasions.
