What is the Reload Promotion?

It is a promotion offered to prepaid customers when they top up their number through online and banks

What are the details of the reload offer?

For each Rs. 200 or above topped up to a Prepaid number using Reload will receive Free 1 GB Data

What is the promotion period?

Promotion is valid throughout 2024 unless informed otherwise.

Who is eligible for the promotion?

All SLT-Mobitel Prepaid users topping up through the online platforms, banks and banking Apps are eligible for the offer.

Is the promotion available for Recharge Cards?

No. This promotion is available only for Prepaid reloads

What are the requirements a user should fulfill to receive the offer?

Top up the Prepaid Number using the online or banking reload method with Rs.200 or more

How can I redeem the free bundle?

Simply reload Rs. 200 and you will receive a SMS from SLT-MOBITEL (7172) requesting to respond with the letter ‘D’ to activate the data bundle. A response within 24 hours must be made for activation.

For how many days is the free bundle valid?

Free Bundles will have a validity of 24 hours from the date it is received.

How will the eligible customer be notified of receiving the Online Payment promo bundle?

An eligible customer will be notified through an SMS

Can I use this promo multiple times within the day?

           No. A Customer can receive this benefit only once a day
