How to register for Samsung free offers?
  • Anyone pre ordered the any of the above devices are eligible for the Samsung free   offers

  • Both SLTMOBITEL postpaid and prepaid customers (new and existing)

 

Is this data bundle applicable for all Samsung S24 series in the market?
  • Devices purchased via online bookings at JKOA, Singer, Softlogic, SLT-Mobitel, whereas the offline booking can be done at the selected Samsung Exclusive stores, JKOA, Singer, Softlogic, SLT-Mobitel, NTB’s offline stores located in Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet(s)”).

 

How to redeem the data offer?
  • To redeem the above data offer, Customers must log on to SLT-MOBITEL mobile Self-care App, click the hamburger menu in top right, navigate to 'Offers & Deals' menu in the bottom and submit promo code as ‘mDEVICE’.

 

Upon Entering the promo code as ‘mDEVICE’, what if the App displays the below error code?

‘Sorry we cannot detect your device properly. Please ensure that you have setup the device using mobile Data & try again’

  • To successfully redeem the offer, the user must install and set up the SelfCare app using SLT-Mobitel Mobile DATA. If the App was set up using Wi-Fi, it will not support the promo code.

Therefore, if the app displays the above error, please follow the below steps

  • Turn Off Wi-Fi
  • Turn On Mobile Data on the Mobitel SIM
  • Uninstall the SelfCare App
  • Reinstall the SelfCare App
  • Proceed to Offers & Deals à Promo Code & enter the promo code as ‘mDEVICE’

Where will be the devices available at Mobitel?
  • SLTMOBITEL selected outlets
  • Devices can be sent to any SLTMOBITEL location on customer request (subject to availability).
 
Can a customer purchase the phone using his/her credit card?
  • Yes, it’s possible.
  • Contact your respective bank for any call and convert offers if the bank has signed up (subject to bank chargers)
 
What are the general Terms and Conditions of the offer?
  • Data offer will be offered to customers by validation of available device IMEIs.
  • For new prepaid customers need to activate the sim by top-up initial recharge.
  • Offer confirmation will send to the customer through SMSs.
  • Prices are subject to change. 
  • Prices are subject to Government Taxes and Levies where applicable.
  • Color availability is subject to stocks provided by the Authorized distributor.

 

What are the Terms and Conditions of Samsung Sri Lanka?
  • The Pre-Order Offers shall be non-transferrable and the samsung offers will be applicable subject to 1st time Device activation only.
  • While pre-order customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the respective Online Outlets / portals or Offline Outlets such as their name, mobile number, email ID, model number and color of the Device, without which booking will be incomplete.
  • Once the customer pre-orders the Device, he/she will receive a notification via SMS/ email confirming registration.
  • Device deliveries/ collections would commence from 2nd February 2024 onwards. In case of pre-order through Online Outlets, deliveries will take 3-10 business days depending upon geographical location where the device has to be delivered to.
  • The Offer cannot be availed after the Pre-Order Period.
  • Device and offers shall be non-transferable, cannot be substituted or exchanged with other devices or offers or subject to refund under this Offer.
  • In case the customer(s) does not comply with the timelines of pre-order and Device purchase, they will not be eligible for the Offers and the Offers shall stand forfeited. No claims shall be entertained in this regard either against Samsung or its authorized partners.
  • For an extended warranty, a period of 24 months is granted for Devices from the date of activation to be activated on or before April 30, 2024. 2 year-one-time screen replacement offer remains valid for 24 months from the activation date, pre-order customers required to pay Rs.5000 as a processing fee to avail the screen replacement offer and entitled to a 50% discount on any part cost during any service in the 3rd year following the purchase. Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw these offers at its discretion.
