Is this offer valid for all Samsung devices in the market?

Only selected Samsung device models mentioned in the table 1, sold via authorized outlets are eligible for the offer. Offer will not be provided for devices imported via any other channel in Sri Lanka.

Upon Entering promo code as ‘mDEVICE’ , what if the App displays below error code ?

‘Sorry we cannot detect your device properly. Please ensure that you have setup the device using mobile Data & try again’

In order to successfully redeem the offer, the user must install and setup the SelfCare app using SLT-Mobitel Mobile DATA. If the App was Setup using Wi-Fi, it will not support the promo code.

Therefore, if the app displays above error, please follow below steps.

  • Turn Off Wi-Fi
  • Turn On Mobile Data on the correct Mobitel SIM
  • Uninstall the SelfCare App
  • Reinstall the SelfCare App
  • Proceed to Offers & Deals , Promo Code & enter the promo code as ‘mDevice’
