SLT-MOBITEL tees off the prestigious Burdett Golf Tournament 2024 as Principal Sponsor and Telecommunications Partner

The tee off between the two teams will take place on July 6 at the NEGC Golf Course, Nuwara Eliya. Inaugurated in 1902, the historic competition is now a hallmark event on the nation's golf calendar, attracting the finest talents and enthusiasts from across the country. This year, the 121st Burdett Trophy for Men’s and the 85th Puffin Cup for Ladies will be played on the same day. The NEGC team will be led by veteran golfer Kushal Jhonpille while Amrith De Zoysa will lead the RCGC. In addition to the above events, the tournament will also have Masters trophy and 125th ANNIVERSARY trophy as well.
